The T.T.D.C Ltd has been called on review meeting as on 22-08-2011 at Gitanjali Tourism Guest House, Agartala. The Commissioner of Tourism and Managing Director of T.T.D.C. Ltd was present in this review meeting. Besides that, the Deputy General Manager, District Officers and Managers/ In-charge of Tourist Lodges were also present in this special review meeting. The followings topics have been discussed for improvement of the T.T.D.C. Ltd.
* Problems arising in Tourist Loges/ Yatriniwas in connections with maintenance and repairing work.
* Permanent advance cash for pitty expenditure utilized properly when is required.
*Enhancement of Permanent Advance Cash for smooth running of the Tourist Lodges.
*Ongoing Tourism Project and Circuits in all Tripura.
* Enhancement of Revenue.
* 60% Revenue targeted in current financial years of all Tourist Lodges/Yatriniwas.
* Demand of Managers of all Tourist Lodges for proper running of Tourist Lodges.
* Proper services and personal touch with tourists or guests.
* Proper cleanliness of rooms, bath rooms, bed linens, terrace, guest floor etc.
* Personal initiative to increase revenue,
*To enhance of revenue to require marketing and promotion. So that all in charge and Manager to all Lodges to contacts and communicate of Govt Offices, Banks, and other organization etc.
*Online booking will start in the month of September, 2011.
All the in charge / and Managers of all Tourist Lodges/ Yatriniwas are expressed their problems while running of the Tourist Lodges and demands their requirements. Tea and breakfast have been arranged by the T.T.D.C. Ltd. The review meeting has ended at 4.30pm
